A dear friend of mine was looking for a minister for her wedding a few years ago. Several ministers wanted them to change churches, religions, pay for their counselling, etc. So I got ordained to help her out. What are friends for, eh? Performing her wedding was a wonderful experience for both of us. She got exactly the ceremony she wanted and I was filled with the positive energy, the smiles of the people, the overall feeling of joy... and that was the beginning. About me? I am a mom of one, I study Anthropology (people) by day and work at night. Performing weddings is a great honor, a wonderful joy and it helps pay the bills... Personally I am not a religious person but I have a certain afinity for Eastern philosophies and Native American traditions, which enphasize harmony with the Elements and Nature, inner peace and love of life.
